Hydrus® Cut F 18 gauge Bio-Based XREY – XF360The Hydrus® XF360 is created using an ultra-lightweight 18 gauge Bio-Based XREY™ liner and a dual-layer 360 degree nitrile coating system. The liner is made using PIP’s proprietary new Bio-Based XREY™ yarn that both reduces our fossil-fuel dependence by manufacturing the yarn using bio-based biomass such as used cooking oil or corn starch stalks and maximises protection by providing cut level F cut resistance without the use of glass or steel. Extremely high filament count for a smooth and low-irritation hand feeling from first use.

A 360-degree flat nitrile first layer delivers all-encompassing liquid and oil resistance from tip of the fingers to end of the cuff. This unique dipping style provides full protection right up to the end of the cuff without compromising fit, dexterity, or comfort and with the 18 gauge liner, it offers the most comfortable and dextrous cut level F dual coated gloves on the market.

The second additional palm coating in our next-generation G² nitrile foam, grip and longevity are maximised in all environments and, during in-house testing, performance exceeded that of regular sandy or microfoam nitrile coatings, as well as traditional PU and latex options. The 26 cm length offers extra protection to the wrist area and prevents both dirt and liquid ingress.
