Shipping Rates
We aim to keep our delivery process simple and cost-effective:
- Orders under £100 (ex. VAT): £9.95 delivery charge
- Orders £100 and over (ex. VAT): Free Delivery
Delivery timeframes apply once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Some orders are fulfilled directly by manufacturers on our behalf - This can mean some order lead-times can be slightly longer depending on the manufacturer and the delivery processes they use.
Products that fall in the above criteria will have information on delivery lead-times shown when the delivery options are shown through the checkout process.
Dispatch Times
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.
Delivery Timeframes
Our standard service is a 2–4 working day delivery, from the date of dispatch. Please note:
- Working days exclude weekends and public holidays
- Remote areas (e.g., Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may experience slightly longer delivery times
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or notify you via email/text to rearrange delivery or collection.
Delays
While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, extreme weather). If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@safetywarehouse.co
